Projects with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL)
1. Ethanol Dehydration Unit: URIEL successfully supplied a 150 KLPD Ethanol Dehydration unit to Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) on a turnkey basis. This project, awarded through a limited competitive bidding process, highlights URIEL's engineering expertise. IOCL, India's largest company with revenues of $90 billion in 2019-2020, entrusted URIEL with this crucial project due to our proven track record and capability in delivering high-quality solutions.
2. Falling Film Evaporators: URIEL undertook the design, engineering, consulting services, supply, installation, and commissioning of two units of Falling Film Evaporators for IOCL's Panipat Refinery in Haryana. This project, executed through competitive bidding and prequalification based on engineering capabilities, involved state-of-the-art technology and unique design features. URIEL's innovative approach, including the use of seamless forged tube sheets imported from South Korea, demonstrated our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions.
3. Quench Drum Based Pressure Relief System: URIEL also provided design, engineering, consulting services, supply, installation, and commissioning of a Quench Drum Based Pressure Relief System for IOCL's Panipat Refinery in Haryana. This project, executed through PMC M/S L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, showcased URIEL's expertise in delivering customized solutions for complex industrial requirements.
Projects with Other Clients
1. BOUDH DISTILLERY Pvt. Ltd: URIEL supplied a complete Water Management system (wastewater treatment and recycle) to BOUDH DISTILLERY Pvt. Ltd in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, in 2018-2019. Additionally, URIEL provided an Ethanol Dehydration unit to the same client in the same year, demonstrating our capability to provide comprehensive solutions for distillery operations.
2. SAGAR INDUSTRIES & DISTILLERIES Pvt. Ltd: URIEL undertook multiple revamp and plant modification projects for SAGAR INDUSTRIES & DISTILLERIES Pvt. Ltd in Nasik, Maharashtra. These projects highlight URIEL's ability to provide ongoing support and solutions for improving and optimizing existing plant operations.
3. CAPRICORN DISTILLERY PVT. LTD: Completed a Turnkey Project for an 80 KLPD Tapioca Based Distillery for ENA production located in Tallapudi Mandal, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. This involved complete Process Design Engineering, Supply, and commissioning of the entire unit
4. TAHMAR ENTERPRISES LTD: Executed a project for a 40 KLPD Grain/Tapioca Based Distillery for ENA Production situated in Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
5. PRAVARA NAGAR DISTILLERY: Provided comprehensive design and engineering services for a multi-pressure, 130 KLPD Wash to ENA plant with facilities for RS & Ethanol production. This pioneering design, executed by URIEL, marked the first of its kind in India, utilizing very low-pressure steam (1.5 kg/cm2g) sourced from the sugar plant. The plant has been successfully operational for over 5 years.
